You put the ingredients in and three hours later you have a loaf. The instructions and recipe book could be a little more clear. It does take some deciphering. We took our own bread recipe and put it in under the first setting and it worked well. I'm looking forward to trying some of the unique loafs their book recommends though. I would recommend this.
