Item was easy enough to assemble(not easy but manageable). Delivery was prompt and on time. The unit itself feels unsteady and my cats can't fit on the upper laying areas. Partly my own fault for not checking size, but I don't know that the structure would hold them up there either. I'll wait and buy one in a store going forward. Might be ok for small full grown cats

Don't let the size fool you, this is a tree for medium size cats at the most. Not very sturdy. For small cats it might be alright. The instructions were simple and clear but it does take a little time. It does look nice but my cat would still much rather lounge in his old, beat up tree. I did expect, for the money, a little better.

This is not for an average sized adult cat. The baskets are too small. The ledges are too narrow for navigating an adult cat. This is purely for kittens. Assembly was fairly easy. If the ledges were wider, the baskets bigger and felt more secure maybe it would work.
