Too narrow for adult cats to traverse up & down
I had to modify the layout so that my adult cats could climb up & down. One cat is heavy, so I expected him to have trouble. The other is average size and very athletic and she still hesitated, especially going down. It needs to have parts sticking out along the way so that they can climb in stages instead of being expected to claw their way to the top and leap the whole way down like kittens or young adults.

WAY TOO SMALL FOR ADULT CATS +BAD QUALITY
If you have a kitten or small cat, I think you can purchase this product, but otherwise I would not recommend it. BTW, the third floor is really small for any cats who are more than 10 pounds. Overall, I think this product is overpriced and too small.

Not for chunkier cats
Unfortunately, this cat tree just isn't for my cats. I would suggest this for kittens or small cats. I have a 12-13lbs male cat and a smaller 8-9lbs female cat. Both have difficulty moving around the tree and it constantly rocks when either one is on it. It was pretty easy to assemble but I don't think it will last long with these two. I will say the scratching posts are durable but a bit short so my male cat has some trouble getting a real good scratch. The upper round "hammock" thing is small ...

Condo pieces weren't right pieces
Putting it together was fine until I got to The part that is called the "condo" the wood pieces were made backwards to where the carpet bottom is now having been to be on the ceiling, and the bottom the part the cat lays on is the particle board. Kinda disappointed

NOT FOR LARGE CATS
Don't let the size fool you, this is a tree for medium size cats at the most. Not very sturdy. For small cats it might be alright. The instructions were simple and clear but it does take a little time. It does look nice but my cat would still much rather lounge in his old, beat up tree. I did expect, for the money, a little better.

Not worth your money.
This cat tower is not worth the money. Yes it goes together well and looks nice but it is ridiculously designed and far too small.

Softer, fuzzier type of carpet ... luxurious!
For the price of this cat tree ... it's marvelous! Our cats are adults cats, the eldest is probably a good 8 - 10 lbs, but he still thinks he's a kitten! They're still adapting to it, but it was a good buy, for sure! Trying to teach my chorkie that it's okay for our kitty's to use the scratching post on the bottom ... he thinks he's the Cat Police! LOL

Difficult for adult cats
It still went together fine with some thought. The problem is that the levels are so narrow, it's difficult for even my agile 7 pound cat to get up onto it. I removed the box cave so she would actually be able to get up, and she's still not loving it. I'd return it if it didn't mean having to take apart every level again.
